The first image of Tom Hiddleston in the BBC’s adaptation of The Night Manager has been released.

The six-part series, a co-production with AMC, is an adaptation of John Le Carre’s spy thriller of the same name.

Hiddleston stars alongside Hugh Laurie and Olivia Colman in the drama.

Hiddleston stars as MI-6 field agent and strong-silent type Jonathan Pine with Hugh Laurie as Richard Roper, a morally ambiguous weapons dealer whom Pine is tasked with bringing down.

The series is expected to debut in the spring.
