Bryan Cranston and Richard Linklater lead the guests at the BFI London Film Festival on day five.
The pair are due at the Leicester Square screening of their new film Last Flag Flying.
Meanwhile stars Saoirse Ronan and Bily Howle join director Dominic Cooke and author Ian McEwan at the European premiere of their new film On Chesil Beach.
I saw both films yesterday – I thought Last Flag Flying was decent, Steve Carell was the stand-out performance for me. His character is the father of a dead soldier and he always plays those sad, defeated characters so well.
On Chesil Beach will rip your heart out. Ronan and Howle are both excellent.
