There’s long been talk about a reboot of Aaron Sorkin’s political drama The West Wing, and the head of producer Warner Bros TV has said it could happen.

Speaking at the Banff World Media Festival, Channing Dungey refused to rule out the possibility.

“Perhaps there would be a point in the future when you might want to try to do that,” she told the audience.

Longtime readers of this website will know what a huge fan of the show I am, and I’d love to see it back on our screens at some point with as much of the original cast as possible.

I even asked Allison Janney aka CJ Cregg what she thought of a series where her character became the president. ”I don’t know if Aaron (Sorkin) has thought about that. I’d definitely be interested in talking to him about it,” she said.
