All four of Sam Mendes’ films about The Beatles will open in April 2028.
The films are being described as “the first binge-able theatrical experience,” and will tell the band’s story from each member’s perspective.
They will star Paul Mescal as Paul McCartney, Joseph Quinn as George Harrison, Barry Keoghan will play as Ringo Starr and Harris Dickinson takes on the role of John Lennon.
Mendes has also revealed he expects to spend a year filming the movies even before they enter the post production process – hence the wait for them to hit the big screen.
