Ever wanted to get your hands on a dead parrot? Now you can as items from the final Monty Python live shows are going up for sale.
The items, from Terry Gilliam’s personal collection, include the iconic dead parrot, with cage, as well as costumes from the troupe’s Live (Mostly) gigs at London’s O2 arena in 2014.
Other items available to buy include the ‘spam’ menu, the usherette’s outfit John Cleese wore to try to sell an albatross, and Terry Gilliam’s lumberjack costume.
The items are being sold by Terry Gilliam. Full details of the auction are available here.
