Hugh Jackman and Taron Egerton are urging fans to help raise money for this year’s Sport Relief.

Eddie the Eagle has been announced as the official film partner of Sport Relief 2016, which takes place Friday 18th – Sunday 20th March.

The partnership has been formed to help Sport Relief raise as much money as possible for people living incredibly tough lives right here at home in the UK and across the world’s poorest communities.

The film’s stars, Taron Egerton and Hugh Jackman, want everyone across the country to ‘Do the Eagle’ to celebrate a victory – however big or small, personal or public.

Based on the iconic ‘bird wing’ movement seen on screen that Eddie made his own during his competition days, everyone is encouraged to film themselves #dotheagle, share online and donate £3 to Sport Relief by texting ‘EAGLE’ to 70703.
