The producers of Oscar-winning documentary Amy are now working on a new film about former Liverpool and England captain Steve Gerrard.

Not much else is known at the moment, including who’ll be directing but according to ScreenDaily the film is on the way.

Gerrard was a Liverpool icon and is my favourite Liverpool player. I really can not wait for this!
