The Girls, Gary Barlow’s musical based on the film Calendar Girls, will open in London in February.

The show will open in February 2017 at the Phoenix Theatre, with tickets on sale beginning September 16.

The Girls is inspired by the true story of a group of ladies, who decide to appear nude for a Women’s Institute calendar in order to raise funds to buy a settee for their local hospital, in memory of one of their husbands.

The Girls has already played Leeds and Manchester and we’ve been waiting for the West End transfer announcement for a while.
