Angelina Jolie is reportedly in talks to star in Kenneth Branagh’s new film of Murder on the Orient Express.

According to Baz Bamigboye in the Daily Mail (and he tends to be right), Angelina has met Branagh to discuss playing Harriet Hubbard in his take on Agatha Christie’s classic thriller.

Hubbard is described as an apparently wealthy American. Jolie hasn’t signed on the dotted line yet but is said to be interested – it would certainly be a different kind of film for her.

Branagh is set to direct and star as Hercule Poirot in the film.
