Aidan Turner and Eleanor Tomlinson will walk the red carpet at a special premiere of Poldark in Cornwall.

The White River Cinema in St Austell will host the premiere on Sunday September 4 (the same day the first episode airs on BBC One).

They are expected to walk the red carpet at around 6pm.

Turner and Tomlinson will be joined at the event by Jack Farthing (George Warleggan) as well as writer and executive producer, Debbie Horsfield and executive producers, Karen Thrussell and Damien Timmer.
