ITV are planning to launch their own late-night talk show.

The series will be in the same vein as The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and The Late, Late Show with James Corden.

The currently untitled show is expected to run for around 40 episodes and will be stripped throughout the week across a two month period. It will launch in the new year.

According to Broadcast,  it will have revolving celebrity hosts.

ITV is still deciding at what time the new show should be broadcast.

An ITV spokeswoman told Broadcast: “We are looking at an entertainment show for next year, more details will be confirmed in due course.”
