A new stage musical about the life of Tina Turner could be on its way to London.

The show, called TINA, is currently in the early stages of development and is being workshopped in London.

It has the backing of the rock icon who is helping to being the musical to the stage.

According to reports, Turner has been working with the creative team to develop the show’s story, which will be more than just her struggle with an abusive partner.

Turner told the Daily Mail that “one of the most surprising and wonderful discoveries for me in this process has been that my songs tell my story”.

It’s all very early stages at the moment, but the creative team are hoping the show will open in London in 2018.
