Hugh Grant and Ben Whishaw star in a new drama set in the 1960s when homosexuality had just been decriminalised.
Grant plays Liberal party Jeremy Thorpe who was put on trial for conspiracy to commit murder of his former lover Norman Scott, played by Whishaw.
The three-part drama, which will be shown in the UK on the BBC and Amazon internationally, follows the extraordinary levels of corruption and deceit Thorpe went to in order to keep Scott quiet about their affair.
It is written by Russell T Davies and directed in its entirety by Stephen Frears. The cast also includes Alex Jennings, Patricia Hodge, Monica Dolan, Adrian Scarborough, Jason Watkins, Eve Myles, Michele Dotrice, and Blake Harrison.
