They teased something was coming a few weeks ago, and now it looks like we know what the Spice Girls have been working on.

According to Variety, they are talking to film producers about making, and voicing, an animated superhero film.

Each of the girls will voice a character who will have a “girl power” that reflects each of the Spicers’ personalities.

Variety says the girls are committed and even “fired up about the idea.”

It quotes a source who says “The Spice Girls are thinking big in terms of a franchise on a global scale. They’re the most successful girl group on the planet. It’s just what Marvel or Disney needs.”

Hmm…we’ll see.
