Kate Winslet will provide the voice of Black Beauty in a new film based on the classic story.

She’ll star alongside Mackenzie Foy in the film which will see a change from the original book, instead of a carriage horse Black Beauty will be a wild mustang captured on the Wyoming Plains.

Foy will play a 17-year-old girl whose bond with Black Beauty helps her overcome the death of her parents

The film is being directed by Ashley Davis, who has also written the script.
