A Midsummer Night’s Dream starring Gwendoline Christie and Present Laughter with Andrew Scott will both be shown in cinemas as part of NT Live.
The Bridge Theatre’s staging of A Midsummer Night’s Dream, which opens in June and stars Gwendoline Christie, David Moorst and Hammed Animashaun, will be captured live during its run and screened in cinemas on 17 October.
The Old Vic’s production of Noël Coward’s Present Laughter, starring Andrew Scott, Sophie Thompson and Indira Varma, will be released in cinemas on 28 November, months after its theatrical run closes.
