Liverpool FC captain Jordan Henderson will publish his autobiography in October.
‘Hendo’ began playing for Liverpool in 2011, before taking over as captain from Steven Gerrard in 2015.
Since then he has led the team to victory in the Champions League and the club’s first Premier League trophy following a wait of 30 years.
He is the only footballer to be named England Player of the Year twice, for both the under 21s and the senior squad.
Speaking about the book, Henderson said: “I’m excited to tell my story so far. I’ve always said that the team and the fans come first, so to share my journey is also to be sharing theirs, but hopefully also to be giving readers an insight that they’ve not had before.”
Jordan Henderson: My Autobiography will be published on 27th October.
