Paramount+ has unveiled the first images from the Frasier reboot.

The official synopsis of the show sees Frasier “in the next chapter of his life as he returns to Boston with new challenges to face, new relationships to forge and an old dream or two to finally fulfill. Frasier has re-entered the building!”

Kelsey Grammer returns as the title character, alongside Jack Cutmore-Scott as Frasier’s son Freddy; Nicholas Lyndhurst as Frasier’s old college friend turned university professor Alan; Toks Olagundoye as Olivia, Alan’s colleague and head of the university’s psychology department; Jess Salgueiro as Freddy’s roommate Eve; and Anders Keith as Frasier’s nephew David. 

Bebe Neuwirth will also guest star in one episode, reprising the role of Dr. Lilith Sternin.

The first two episodes will premiere on Paramount+ in the United States and Canada on 12th October, and the day after in all territories.

Grammer has also recorded an updated version of the show’s iconic theme tune.
