Melissa Fitzgerald and Mary McCormack, who played Carol and Kate Harper respectively on The West Wing, are publishing a book about the show.

The book is described as a behind-the-scenes look into the creation and legacy of The West Wing, with insights from cast and crew exploring what made the show what it was and how its commitment to service has made the series and relationships behind it endure.

What’s Next: A Backstage Pass to The West Wing features a foreword by creator Aaron Sorkin, and an introduction by Allison Janney, who played CJ Cregg.

The book will be published worldwide on 13th August.
