Johannes Radebe’s autobiography heads to the big screen

JoJo: Finally Home, the autobiography of Strictly Come Dancing star Johannes Radebe, is being turned into a film.

According to Deadline, the family film will include dance numbers choreographed by Radebe himself.

The film will detail his journey from growing up in South Africa to finding fame on the hit BBC show.

It is expected to be partly shot in South Africa.

“Growing up gay in the townships of South Africa was not an easy ride, but there were so many good things about my life there, and it has made me the person I am today,” Radebe said. “I never imagined my story would end up on the big screen, so I am greatly appreciative of this new opportunity.”
