The BBC has released a trailer for its new Sunday night thriller, Nightsleeper starring Alexandra Roach and Joe Cole.

Nightsleeper is a six-part series which follows a ‘hackjacked’ train on its journey from Glasgow to London.

The BBC describes the show as part fast-moving heart-in-the-mouth action-adventure and part twisty-turny whodunnit detective story.

The cast also includes Alex Ferns, Sharon Small, James Cosmo, David Threlfall, Katie Leung and Sharon Rooney.

Nightsleeper will premiere on Sunday 15th September, with all episodes available on BBC iPlayer from 6am. On BBC One, the series will air on Sunday and Monday nights across three weeks from 9pm that night.
