Ryan Reynolds is exploring the idea of a Deadpool/X X-Men film according to reports.

The Hollywood Reporter says Reynolds is exploring various ideas working for an ensemble film featuring three or four X-Men characters.

The report adds that Deadpool could be a supporting character in the film, which would allow the X-Men characters to be used “in unexpected ways”.

The article adds that it’s “very early days” in the process and so this may never happen. But, after the success of Deadpool and Wolverine, it seems audiences haven’t tired of the Merc with a Mouth as much as some of the other MCU characters.
