Is Chris Pratt about to don the iconic Fedora and Bull Whip and take over as Indiana Jones?

Well according to one trade website, Disney wants the actor to step into Harrison Ford’s shoes and help relaunch the franchise.

What a coup for Pratt. If it happens, he’ll be starring in three huge blockbuster franchises – Guardians of the Galaxy, Jurassic World and now Indy.

The question is, will fans accept him in such different roles? I ink he has the humour and swagger to pull off Dr Jones so I’m quite excited about the idea.

What I would say is Disney, please don’t let George Lucas anywhere near the script or the story. I couldn’t bear to be as disappointed as I was with Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Steven Spielberg can direct though.
