Ryan Gosling will be promoting his directorial debut Lost River in London next month.

The actor will attend a screening of the film and take part in a Q&A at the Curzon Soho on April 8.

The film, which premiered at last year’s Cannes Film Festival, is about a single mother trying to make ends meet as she raises her children.

The cast includes Christina Hendricks and former Doctor Who, Matt Smith.

Tickets for the screening go on sale on March 27 via the cinema’s website.

April 6 update: Gosling will also be discussing the film at the Apple Store on Regent Street on the same night. And if that’s not enough to get you excited, Matt Smith will jon him at the event too.
