Netflix has confirmed the release date for its new Marvel series, Jessica Jones.
The show will debut on Netflix on November 20.
The series is set after a tragic ending to Jessica’s short-lived Super Hero stint, and follows her as she rebuilds her personal life and career as a detective who gets pulled into cases involving people with extraordinary abilities in New York City.
Full disclosure: the real reason I’m excited about the show is that David Tennant is playing the bad guy, Kilgrave. I just can’t picture DT as a villain. But I’m looking forward to being proved wrong.
Krysten Ritter stars as Jessica Jones alongside DT, Mike Colter, Rachael Taylor and Carrie-Anne Moss.
You can’t picture David Tennant as a baddie? I suggest to go and watch “Secret smile” or “HP and the goblet of fire” and you’ll discover DT’s dark side…

You’re right, I always forget about his role in Potter.
