Amy Poehler will be the latest celeb to see their name immortalised on the famous Hollywood Boulevard next month.

Poehler is being honoured with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Thursday December 3 at 12.30pm local time.

The comedian will be joined at the event by Rashida Jones and Mike Schur who will be guest speakers during the ceremony.

Poehler is on the publicity trail for her new film, Sisters, co-starring Tina Fey which is out in the States on December 18.
