Media agency Way to Blue have analysed social media to see which actors, directors and films are most buzz worthy ahead of Sunday night’s BAFTA Film Awards – and it definitely doesn’t match the pundits!

According to the agency’s figures, Eddie Redmayne is the most buzzed about actor, garnering almost double the amount of online mentions than Oscar-favourite Leonardo DiCaprio.

In the actress category, Maggie Smith and Cate Blanchett lead the way – unfortunately I don’t expect either of them to win on Sunday.

The one award prediction I do agree with is BAFTA Rising star, John Boyega is leading the pack, racking up 708 mentions, with 264 of those saying he should win the award or users saying they will be voting for him. I fully expect him to win on Sunday.
