Now this could be good – Ron Howard could be set to direct a new version of Pinocchio, starring Robert Downey Jr.

Don’t worry, Iron Man isn’t playing the little wooden boy – instead he will star as Pinocchio’s creator, Geppetto.

The film has been in development for quite some time but it seems RDJ may have finally found his director in the shape of Howard.

Not a lot is known about the plot but it’s thought it will focus on Geppetto’s search for his lost son.
