The Simpsons have taken a break from their summer holiday to post a video throwing their support behind Hillary Clinton.

The video shows the couple watching an advert asking Springfield residents who they would rather have in the White House during a national crisis: Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump.

The ad ends with the line “Paid for by Americans Who Are Really Starting to Miss Obama.”
