Paddington Bear is heading back into print with the publication of a new adventure in 2017.

Paddington’s Finest Hour by Michael Bond is due to be released in April 2017.

The book will follow Paddington through a new set of adventures, including starring in a cookery TV show and clashing with a stage hypnotist.

The book will feature interior illustrations by R W Alley, who has illustrated the Paddington Bear books since 1997.

Paddington also returns to cinemas in 2017 with the release of Paddington 2.
