Let’s be honest, the stand out star of this year’s Strictly Come Dancing has been Ed Balls.
No-one expected it, going into the show he was something of a washed-up politician now most famous for tweeting his own name.
But his infectious enthusiasm for the show and the way he obviously wanted to learn the dances meant he quickly became a firm favourite with the public.
Unfortunately that wasn’t enough to keep him in the competition and this weekend he lost his place on the show.
But have heart Balls fans – because he’s joining the Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour!
The former Shadow Chancellor will continue with his Charleston alongside Ore Oduba, Lesley Joseph, Louise Redknapp, Danny Mac and Daisy Lowe.
Speaking about the tour, Ed said: “My time on Strictly has been incredible. I’ve been overwhelmed by the huge support I’ve had from the public voting for me. Going on tour is going to be another first for me and I plan to give it everything I’ve got for the audiences across the country.”
Former contestant Anita Rani hosts the 10th live tour, and Karen Hardy joins Len Goodman and Craig Revel Horwood on the judging panel.
The 21-date tour kicks off in Birmingham on January 20.
