I always love a story with a happy ending.

Adele is currently playing huge sell-out concerts in Australia as part of her world tour.

Also currently in Australia is Sesame Street star Elmo and he’s been on TV and social media saying he’s a huge fan of Adele and he’d love to meet her and sing a duet of Rolling in the Deep.

Well they’ve now met!

Adele poster the picture on her Instagram account with the caption ‘Elmo I love you. Thanks for coming, see you in New York.’

So maybe there’s hope for a duet after all…
