Today at the BFI London Film Festival a sporting great walks the red carpet.

Tennis legend Billie Jean King joins Emma Stone at the gala screening in Leicester Square of Battle of the Sexes.

The film is about King’s 1970’s match against Bobby Riggs. I saw it yesterday and it’s a terrific movie, don’t be surprised to see Stone get another nomination.

They’ll be joined on the red carpet by co-star Andrea Riseborough as well as the film’s directors Valerie Faris and Jonathan Dayton.

Also today, Ruth Wilson will be at the European premiere of her latest film, Dark River.
