Liam Charles, who charmed millions during this year’s Great British Bake Off, has signed a deal to publish his debut cookbook.

Liam, aka CakeBoy to his friends, earned Star Baker during pastry week and bowed out of the show in episode eight.

In his book, Liam will share over 70 of his best recipes, divided into chapters on: Sweet; Savoury, Nostalgic, Celebrate and Simple.

Speaking about signing his publishing deal with Hodder, Liam said “This book is gonna be banging. Baking is a universal language that brings us all together and I can’t wait to get cracking and spread the word.”

The book is due to be released in July 2018.
