Possibly the greatest ever British comedy series is reportedly being turned into a stage musical.

According to Baz Bamigboye, a musical version of Only Fools and Horses is being worked on.

Bamigboye reports the show could open at the Theatre Royal, Haymarket, in February or March of 2019.

Apparently creator John Sullivan’s son Jim has written the stage version with actor Paul Whitehouse.

No further details have been confirmed, and in fact producers seem to be staying pretty tight lipped.

I’m not sure I can imagine anyone but David Jason and Nicholas Lyndhurst playing Del Boy and Rodney.

And those characters bursting into song? Hmm.
