Netflix has released the trailer for its forthcoming Robert the Bruce tale, Outlaw King.

The film, directed by David Mackenzie, stars Chris Pine as the Scottish hero (with what I must say appears to be a decent accent),

The epic story tells Bruce’s struggle to regain control of Scotland after the King of England declares he is an outlaw following his decision to begin a civil war.

The cast also includes Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Florence Pugh, Billy Howle, Tony Curran and Stephen Dillane.

Outlaw King opens next month’s Toronto Film Festival and is released by Netflix in November.
