BBC weather presenter Carol Kirkwood has signed a deal to write two novels full of “love, scandal and secrets.”

Her debut novel will be published by HarperCollins in summer 2021.

Speaking about the deal, Kirkwood said:  “I am delighted to be working with HarperCollins. They are such an enthusiastic, professional and fun publisher who have made me feel at home right from the start. This is my first foray into writing and I could not wish for a better partnership and look forward to it being a lasting one!
