The trailer for the second season of Netflix’s dark comedy The Politician has been released.

The show stars Ben Platt, Judith Light, Bette Midler, Lucy Boynton and Gwyneth Paltrow.

In the new season, Platt’s Payton Hobart challenges longtime incumbent Dede Standish for the New York State Senate.

The first season was a lot of fun, and the trailer for season two looks just as crazy.

Season two of The Politician debuts on 19th June.
