Dustin Hoffman, Sam Neill, Eileen Atkins, Aidan Turner, Derek Jacobi and Roger Allam are all set to star in a new comedy about George Bernard Shaw taking a trip to Hollywood.

It sounds rather like Saving Mr Banks as the plot is about Hollywood courting him to get the rights to Pygmalion.

Jacobi and Atkins will play the Shaws in Mr Shaw goes to Hollywood, alongside Hoffman as playing Louis B Mayer, Turner’s been cast as Clark Gable and Neill will be William Randolph Hearst.

Simon Callow is directing and the film is expected to start later this year.
