Kenneth Branagh is to play King Lear in a new production that will open in London’s West End this autumn.

He will also direct the production that is set to open at Wyndham’s Theatre on 21st October.

The production will run for 50 performances and then transfer to Griffin Theater in New York for the autumn of 2024.

Tickets for the London performances go on sale on 5th June at midday.
