It’s often been talked about, but it looks like Grange Hill; The Movie is moving forward.

Phil Redmond who created the original series has written the script for a film, and director Sara Sugarman has now come on board to make it.

She originally played a character called Jessica Samuels on the BBC series, and it’s thought the plot of the film will revolve around that character and where she went after Grange Hill.

Producers are promising we will see some of the show’s iconic characters in the film.
