Tom Hiddleston and Mark Hamill are set to star together in a new film based on a Stephen King story.

The Life of Chuck is based on a short story from King’s 2020 anthology If It Bleeds, and tells three separate stories linked to tell the biography of Charles Krantz in reverse, beginning with his death from a brain tumour at 39 and ending with his childhood in a supposedly haunted house.

Hiddleston is set to play the title character with Hamill taking on the role of Albie.

No word yet on when filming will begin.
