Following its premiere at the Cannes Film Festival, the first image of Jude Law as Henry VIII in new film Firebrand has been released.

The film stars Alicia Vikander as Henry’s last wife, Katherine Parr, who is named Regent while the King is off fighting oversees.

The cast also includes Erin Doherty, Simon Russell Beale, Sam Riley and Eddie Marsan.
