Arnold Schwarzenegger will be discussing his new book at two events in London this October.

He’ll be promoting Be Useful: Seven Tools for Life at the London Palladium and Royal Albert Hall on October 24th and 25th respectively.

Don’t worry if you can’t make the trip into the capital, because the first event will be livestreamed.

Organisers promise he will share stories from his childhood in rural Austria all the way through to his Hollywood career, and will prove how one core principle – be useful – can have life-changing results.
