Comedian Jimmy Carr has written a new film that’s described as Airplane-meets-Downton-Abbey and Gosford Park.

Carr wrote the script for Fackham Hall with his brother Patrick and the Dawson Brothers – siblings Steve and Andrew plus Tim Inman – whose credits include Judd Apatow’s The Bubble and David Walliams sitcom Big School.

The cast is expected to include Hero Fiennes Tiffin, Thomasin McKenzie, Emma Laird and Katherine Waterston.

Filming is expected to get underway in early 2024.
