James Norton will join the third season of House of the Dragon as a character previously referred to but not seen on screen.

Norton has been cast as Ormund Hightower, who leads the Hightower host in a march on King’s Landing to support his house against Rhaenyra.

Norton joins the likes of Matt Smith, Rhys Ifans, Olivia Cooke and Emma D’Arcy in the show, which is expected to last for four seasons.
