Wicked director Jon M Chu and Knives Out director Rian Johnson will both take part in free events at this year’s BFI London Film Festival.
Both Wicked films were shot in the UK, and the BFI is celebrating the work that went into the costumes and props in a special exhibition at BFI Southbank from Thursday 9th to Sunday 19th October.
Chu will discuss his vision for the films in a special Q&A at the venue on Friday 10th October.
Johnson, director of the LFF’s Opening Night film, Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery, will discuss the process behind his trilogy and reflect on the films, books and storytellers that have influenced him. His event will take place on Thursday 9th October.
Booking for LFF For Free will open at 10:00 BST on Thursday 2nd October at www.bfi.org.uk/lff
