US TV network ABC have released a 10 minute ‘first look presentation’to promote their new show, The Muppets.
The trailer is our first glimpse at how the new show will look. When it was first announced the show is going to be set around a talk show and look into the characters’ personal lives I was a bit doubtful, but the trailer is lots of fun so hopefully it will work.
Lots of the Muppets’ iconic cast feature including Kermit, Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear and Gonzo.
It’s very reverential and quite knowing and, of course, features some celebrity cameos including Elizabeth Banks and Topher Grace, who is now known as Tophiggy – watch to find out why!

The Muppets debut on ABC in September and will be shown in the UK on Sky One not long after.
