Stay calm everyone, JK Rowling is publishing brand new material this week.
The History of Magic in North America, a new series of four original stories, will debut this week on Pottermore.
The first story will appear at 2pm UK time on Tuesday March 8.
The History of Magic in North America will cover a number of topics in America’s magical history, including:
The U.S. Hogwarts, Ilvermorny
Skin-walkers, a Native American legend
The Salem witch trials, a formative event for the country’s national magical identity
The US version of the Ministry of Magic, the Magical Congress of the United States of America.
All of which helps fans get ready for the world of Newt Scamander in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.
