Miranda Hart is publishing a book in aid of Comic Relief.
Miranda’s Daily Dose of Such Fun! is described as a collection of 365 achievable “joy-filled tasks” to make life more engaging, caring and fun.
The book encourages readers to “focus on the jolly things in life”, breaking often negative adult habits, while passing a “merry outlook” onto others too.
Tasks will include small gestures of kindness that can potentially make a big difference to ourselves and those around us, from smiling at a stranger on the morning commute to galloping down the road or singing a well-known tune aloud.
Hart said: “The ideas in my book are small gestures that are easy to do and yet they will bring a smile to your face and happiness to others around you.
Imagine doing this every day for a whole year – a daily dose of such fun! If there was ever a reason to have some childish fun and break our monotonous and often negative adult habits then this book is it.”
Hart is donating all royalties from sales of the book to Comic Relief.
Miranda’s Daily Dose of Such Fun! will be published on March 9th.
